Everton boss Dyche leaves door open to Alli staying

Everton boss Sean Dyche has left the door open to Dele Alli playing on next season.

Alli is on-loan at Everton from Tottenham.

Dyche said: "We'll see, my aim and I've spoken to him endlessly about it is to get him back on the pitch, get him smiling and getting him enjoying it again, because he's had a real tough time. It became clear in his personal life, but that is well and truly parked.

"He looks good in himself, he seems well in himself. On the training pitch, he looks like he's moving well.

"It's about getting him back going, getting him playing with a smile again. First of all getting him back playing of course, but enjoying it, love of the game, that's the end goal I've spoken to him about. He's a top player when he's fully fit and running."
